About Pantry4thePeople

Pantry4thePeople was started in December 2020 at the height of Covid when I saw a need to help those in our community facing food insecurity.

An old cupboard erected on the side of the road in Botany, filled with non perishable food and with the simple message of “Take What You Need, Give What You Can” has become a beacon for kindness, support and community spirit”

Five years on Pantry4thePeople has grown and evolved .
Still sitting in its original location at 1555 Botany Road, Botany it continues to support those in need.

In addition I have now collaborated with many local and global businesses, schools and church groups to provide food and hope.

Pantry4thePeople has become a teaching tool for the next generation.
We are regularly involved with students ranging from Daycare age right through to High School to teach them the importance of community, kindness and giving.

Pantry4thePeople is still able to offer hope and comfort to many, years after its inception due to the ongoing care it is shown by those in our community wanting to make a positive difference.
